Excelente app

I buy something money was send of my bank order was not taken 60 days until my money was returned back contacting wish was hard no answer really very bad service

Hope I wont Be disapointed !!

So I have herd great things about this store, so I downloaded the app and promptly going on a mini spree. Got to the check out. The order came off my credit card then 2 days later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and the money was returned. I go to check if the money was put back and it was not so I emailed the company and was told they would respond in no more then 3 days. Today is day 4 no money back in my account and no reason into why the order was refunded. Sure it is cheap prices but the lack of customer service/support is not worth it to me!!

They like to pull money out of your account when you didnt even order anything. Ive use prepaid master cards for this reason. April 22 I have two purchase of 1.60 and I never ordered anything. They tried to bill my visa debit and failed hard! Dont use your own money accounts use PREPAID CREDIT CARDS

Just a note to the creators. Please fix the glitch with moving items to different wishlists. It doesnt work, it just reappears in the same wish list. The glitch also appears on the site, this has been happening for years and it scares me that you STILL havent fixed it.

The app is ok, if you are looking for cheap stuff. And if it doesnt work, well you are SOL. I would like to give it no stars. But 1 is definitely generous

Overall very pleased with the site! Shipping can be slow and things sometimes tend not to show up but never had any problems getting refunds for things that dont show up! I think there are really great deals on here... I have bought a lot of stuff online over the years and so far Ive liked this site the best!

I cant say enough about Wish. I havent even received my first order yet, and I already got quick, excellent assistance from the customer service relating to my issues. They respond within minutes. The deals are unbelievable. Very reliable and the app is incredibly easy to use. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered two items both ended being to a place in China I believe. One email came to me after I got some message to them about it and it says it has been lost and will send another out. My other order I m trying contact and track but cant even contact the place by phone or email. When I went to Wish.com/transaction as it says to do it says I have orders in my history, wrong I do. Where is it. Watch this site dont get anywhere with it if you want to find your item or contact them about it.
